February Reflections: The Journey of Self-Entrepreneurship

The first month of the new year has flown by, and February is here. With it, we’re entering the final stretch of our group seminar, Entrepreneurship of the Self. Over the past five months, participants have been working diligently to uncover their goals, their north star, and their raison d’être. It has been a journey of self-discovery, discipline, and growth.

When I created this seminar, my vision was simple: to provide a practical, actionable framework for participants to learn and practice the habits that so many books and authors preach. Concepts like discipline, perseverance, focus, intention, and self-motivation are deeply personal and manifest differently for each individual. Recognizing this, I designed a program that would allow participants to explore and internalize these principles at their own pace and in a way that resonates with their unique lives.

Why a 6-Month Program?

Many mentoring or self-help programs are intensive—a weekend workshop or a week-long retreat—and while these can be inspiring, they often fall short of fostering lasting change. Habits and mindsets that support sustained progress can’t be cultivated overnight. That’s why Entrepreneurship of the Self spans six months, providing both the time and structure needed to develop these essential skills.

Each month, participants attend one group session and one one-on-one session. This combination allows for both collective learning and individualized attention, enabling participants to dive deep into their personal goals. Through guided questions, exercises, and tailored feedback, they’ve been crafting their own paths toward their aspirations.

The program focuses on building lifelong habits and mindsets, with a focus on intention, resource mastery, and resilience. How does one actually build "Strong Intention"? How can we think of Time and Money and how these resources influence our life? How can we build Discipline and Perseverance easily and in simple ways?

Flexible Support for Every Need

While many participants thrive in the structure of this six-month program, others may only need a one-hour consult from time to time. Both approaches are valid and effective—it’s about finding what works best for you. Whether you need comprehensive guidance or occasional check-ins, the goal remains the same: to help you become the best version of yourself.

Moving Forward

As we approach the conclusion of this seminar, I’m inspired by the dedication and growth I’ve witnessed in each participant. The journey doesn’t end here. The habits and mindsets cultivated over these months will serve as a foundation for continued progress, long after the program concludes.

So, whether you’re ready to embark on a long-term journey of self-entrepreneurship or simply need a quick boost to recalibrate your path, know that the tools and support are here for you. Let this year be the one where you step fully into your potential and create the life you envision - one step or 2 at a time.

Here’s to February and the growth yet to come!
