The pandemic has created a big moment in human history, perhaps unparalleled. The human spirit has always risen from these moments of self-reckoning and taken a step forward, sometimes two.

Everyone has free advice to give - it is all over the internet. There is nothing that Google can not find an answer for and that too in seconds. Yet, personal steps forward are hard to take. Growth is painful and creates a decision making crisis - too many decisions and too less time. That is where consulting with a third person who has experience in the process of taking steps can help you find your way.

Arun and Srividya have developed for-profit and non-profit businesses together and understand the painful growth process of taking a step forward, sometimes 2. Along the way they have provided counsel, advice and support to friends and family who have benefited from a the mentoring. Arun has worked in the corporate world for more than 25 years and Srividya has managed a family and two businesses for more than 12 years.
